Management Fest
“Aarohan” is an annual college fest organized by Department of Business Administration of BNMIT.
It is a highly anticipated event that brings together students from various colleges and universities to showcase their talents, participate in competitions, and enjoy a vibrant cultural extravaganza. The fest aims to provide a platform for students to exhibit their skills, foster a sense of camaraderie, and promote cultural exchange. The theme of Aarohan 2024 was ‘SAFARI TRAILS’. The fest started on 8th May 2024 by welcoming our dignitaries followed by invocation. Next, there was flash mob.
Various events for students were scheduled namely Babbar Sher – The Brilliant (Best manager) ,Waddle – The Penguin Way (HR events) , Wolf of Wall Street (Finance events ) , Long Claws – The Wise Owl (Business Quiz) , Jaguar – The Prowling Legend (marketing event) and Hungry Hippo – Hogathon , The Dancing Peacock (Group Dance) , Melodies of Nightingale (solo singing).

A Intercollegiate Management and Cultural Fest
AAROHAN is a inter collegiate Management and Cultural Fest Organized by BNMIT for Undergraduate students. This event provides a platform for students to showcase their skills and talents. It brings good networking and exposure to the students of various colleges.
Aarohan had a strong and energetic team. Where ideas, dedication and hard work put together made preparations well in advance. This core team included both students and teachers of BNM Institute of technology. We can strongly say with the quote the “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
This is a fantastic platform for organizers to pour in their creativity and energy to their maximum to bring out a successful outcome. There were different teams built based on Management events of marketing, finance, HR, Business Quiz and Best Manager and cultural events include Group Dancing, Solo Singing and Hogathon.
The Theme for 2024 Aarohan is “SAFARI TRAILS”, the evolutionary heritage and genetic relationships provide an interesting context from which we explore the leadership and management qualities of our wilder relatives. The event was held on May 8th and 9th and all events were inspired by the qualities and behavior of animal to represent their event. All the event coordinates made an effort to decorate their respective classrooms with accordance to their event themes. This enhanced creativity and brought light into the fest.

The fest had witnessed enormous success of Adventurous Safari Trails with about 300 students from 40 colleges have pariticipated and the overall championship was crowned by “Kristu Jayanti College”. The musical concert on 9th May from “Shruti Bhide, Keerthan Holla, GIGMAN LIVE from Vasuki Vaibhav” was mesmerizing.
