About the program:

Outbound Experiential Learning (OBEL) Program is conducted to MBA students once in a semester at Big barn nature camp, Bengaluru with the intention of providing students an activity-oriented training on personality development.
The program focuses on various aspects of personality development such as interpersonal communication skills, team building, decision making, critical thinking and many more. The training will be handled by professional outbound trainers for a period of 4 to 5 days and might go on up to 7 days depending on the topics to be handled.
Every time OBEL was conducted, the students were excited and participated with a lot of enthusiasm. At the end of program, they experience a notable transformation in their behaviors.
